1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Mizu Technologies, Inc. (“MizuAlign”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.mizualign.com and in the authenticated product. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
“Cookies” includes HTTP cookies, local storage, session storage, and comparable browser storage APIs that remember settings or identifiers.
2. What we use and why
We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for essential operation and - with your permission - optional product diagnostics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on the marketing site.

Your analytics/diagnostics choice is stored in browser local storage for about 12 months. When it expires, we may show the banner again so you can review preferences.
Essential cookies and storage are set by MizuAlign directly. When you opt into diagnostics, Sentry may process technical data according to their privacy policy. We configure Sentry to mask sensitive fields where possible.
3. What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting pixels on the marketing site
- Cross-site tracking for third-party ad networks
- Social media embed cookies unless you navigate to an external network
Payment (Stripe) and bank linking (Plaid) flows may set their own cookies when you are redirected to their domains - those are governed by the provider's policy, not this page.
4. Managing preferences
Click Cookie preferences in the site footer to open the consent banner and toggle optional diagnostics. Essential storage cannot be disabled while you remain signed in - sign out and use only public pages if you want to avoid session cookies entirely.
You can also clear site data through your browser settings. Clearing essential storage will sign you out and reset theme and consent choices.
5. Changes
We may update this policy when we add integrations or change consent mechanics. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date on this page and, where required, through an updated banner or notice.
