By creating an account or using MizuAlign (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

MizuAlign provides financial tracking, budget management, and receipt scanning tools for individuals and teams. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Payment and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malicious code or conduct attacks on our infrastructure
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Share your account with unauthorized users

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizuAlign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MizuAlign operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
